While many people were enjoying their warm beds and sweet dreams, I was awaken by a thought that sky doesn't rain gold and dollars and hence I need to do something to make this happen in my life. I felt abnormal being without a job although I have the requirements to have one. I am intelligent with a decent university degree, so What is going on??!! What is wrong with me??!! Is it my mistake or the world's??!!
I received no answer to any of those questions and when I looked around me, I noticed that there are many people, most of them strong youth with amazing abilities just like me and sometimes better, wondering around without jobs because they didn't find them. However, there are others who found jobs but decided not to take them because they enjoyed the free government pay. So what shall I do?
My dignity and self-respect refused to allow me to join the battalion of the unemployed and the society of government-support dependent. I searched around for jobs and submitted hundreds of applications, some personally and others online, but I didn't get a single positive reply. I received though tons of job-ad e-mails from those recruiters. Is that the end? Shall I give up?
No was my dignity and self-respect's answer. What shall I do then? Answering this question took me a while (OK!! a very long while. Something like 3 months) but then it clicked to me that if I can't reach money when I pursue it, then I should make money come after me. What did I do?! My next article will give you the answer.
