It is very important to take care of your self and your health and food plays a very important and vital role in keeping you healthy specially these days a lot of people complain of severe heart problems and the root cause of all heart related problem is unhealthy eating habits, the rising cases of heart attack are also due to the rise of junk food and fats and unhealthy food in our daily diet. Therefore if one wants to take care of their health and their heart , one should stick to health foods that would be beneficial for their heart and their over all health. You should consider having health foods that include low fats and more of nutritious and high protein food and food that would help you burn cholesterol to avoid any chances of heart attack(In French attaque cardiaque). Here are a couple of delicious recipes that take care of your heart. Gyoza – Potstickers It as an oriental appetizer many times also taken in main course. For Filling 4 T veggie sausages 2 T finely chopped spring onion, 2 T mushroom 1 T ginger root 2 T garlic to taste 2 T cabbage 2 T carrots and red, green and yellow peppers,   For the Wrapper won-ton pi or small round pasta sheets.   For the Sauce: 1 T soya sauce 2 T rice vinegar and chili paste The method for cooking is very simple just mixes all the ingridints for the filling in a bowl and adds some salt, place this mixture on a pasta sheet and fold the edges. Then stem them unless they are cooked and then heat them in a pan until golden brown. And serve them hot with dipping sauce. This health food(In French antioxydants) is low calorie food and thus very good for your heart, yet another recipie that could help you prevent heart attack is; Bettermilk" Biscuits It is a Fat free and full fiber, non-dairy biscuit to have with your tea. The ingredients include: 1½ C whole wheat flour ½ T baking powder & soda ¼ C prunes purees ¾ C plain and fat free soya or rice milk ½ T white vinegar ¼ T salt ½ T brown rice syrup, or sugar Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix all except for milk and vinegar. Combine milk and vinegar separately and add to dough and stir well, drop on a cookie sheet with a spoon and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes. It can be a great breakfast with honey.
