Use These Five Steps To Lose Weight So you need to lose weight! Whether it is a few pounds or a whole lot of weight, weight loss does not have to be that hard, not if you know the secrets. I lost 48 lbs 6 years ago and my weight only varies by two pounds and I have been able to keep it off. It doesn’t have to be that hard, If You Know How! I used these 5 Steps that I am about to give to you and I don’t use crash diets or diet pills. Using crash diets may help you lose that weight fast but you will gain it all back. Diet pills, well they aren’t just worth the health risks involved. So what did I do? I ate right. And here is what I did: 1) I begin substituting water for soda. Started out eliminating 1 can of soda every 3 days and drank bottle water. Now the soda taste like syrup. Don’t switch to diet soda you still get the sodium that you don’t want. If helps your body to retain fluids that water would other wise wash out. 2) I ate fresh fruits and vegetables with No sauces or butters. When fresh fruits and vegetables are not in season, buy frozen. Stay away from canned vegetables with a lot of sodium. If you have to buy canned soups eat the ones that are low sodium. 3) Fresh meats included fresh fish, ground round, sirloin steak, center cut pork chops, lamb chops, chicken and turkey. Nothing is fried or breaded. Make sure they are baked, broiled or boiled or grilled. 4) Whole grain cereals and breads without the nuts. Low-fat crackers such as saltines, animal crackers and unsalted pretzels. You can even have popcorn but leave off the butter and the salt. 5) Eat atleast 4 servings of fruit and vegetables a day and substitute raw fruits and vegetables for you snacks or at break when you are at work. If you learn to eat right, your body will automatically adjust itself. Learn to eat salads with either fat free dressing and or cut back on the amount of salad dressings you use. With this natural diet, exercising needs to be done. Try walking just 15 minutes a day for a faster result increase the time you walk every couple of weeks.
